INDIKASI :
Menghilangkan kolik pada saluran empedu, saluran urin dan sakit perut (abdominal); sakit pada sistem reproduksi dan dysmenorrhoea.

KONTRA INDIKASI :
Penderita lewat peka, penderita glaukoma dan anak dibawah umur 1 tahun.

ATURAN PAKAI :
Dewasa : sehari 3 kali 1 - 2 tablet
Atau sesuai petunjuk dokter.

COMPOSITION:
PROCOLIC film-coated tablet, each tablet contains:
- Metampyrone ……………………….….. 250 mg
- Hyoscine N-butylbromide ………………. 10 mg

INDICATIONS:
Dysmenorrhoea, renal or biliary colic, paroxysmal pain in the diseases of the stomach or intestine.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
Hypersensitivity to aspirin, prostate hypertrophy, thyrotoxicosis.

CONTRA INDICATION:
Narrow-angle glaucoma, bleeding tendencies, porphyria, GI ulcers.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Allergic reactions, GI bleeding, agranulocytosis, dry mouth, GI disturbances, urinary retention

DRUG INTERACTION:
Anticholinergic, chlorpromazine, alcohol

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
1-2 tablets, 3 times daily.
