CARA KERJA OBAT :
TUDERM-N® mengandung Betamethasone valerate dan Neomycin
sulphate. Betamethasone valerate merupakan kortikosteroid topikal
aktif yang bersifat antiinflamasi, antipruritus & vasokonstriktor,
yang berkhasiat pada kelainan-kelainan kulit.Neomycin sulphate
merupakan antibiotika bakterisidal dengan spektrum luas yang
efektif terhadap mikroorganisme yang peka terhadap neomycin.
INDIKASI :
Untuk inflamasi dermatosis yang responsif terhadap kortikosteroid
yang terkomplikasi dengan infeksi sekunder yang disebabkan organisme
yang peka terhadap Neomycin, seperti : ecsema, dermatitis atopik,
psoriasis dan neurodermatitis.
KONTRA INDIKASI :
- Penderita yang hipersensitif terhadap salah satu komponen
obat tersebut.
- Rosasea, akne vulgaris dan perioral dermatitis.
- Infeksi virus pada kulit (herpes simplex, vaccinia dan varicella).
- Tuberkulosis pada kulit.
EFEK SAMPING :
Kulit kering, iritasi, pruritus, perubahan atropik lokal pada
kulit, hypercorticism, perubahan pigmentasi, eritema, rasa terbakar,
dermatitis kontak alergika, teleangiectasia dan rash folikular.
PERINGATAN DAN PERHATIAN :
- Hindari penggunaan dalam jangka panjang khususnya pada bayi
dan anak-anak karena dapat terjadi supresi adrenal.
- Hati-hati penggunaan pada anak-anak < 4 tahun dan bayi.
- Hindari kontak dengan mata.
- Hentikan penggunaan bila terjadi iritasi/sensitisasi.
- Absorpsi sistemik dari kortikosteroid akan meningkat bila
digunakan dengan pembalut oklusif atau penggunaan pada bagian
yang luas.
- Hati-hati penggunaan pada wanita hamil dan menyusui.
- Seperti antibiotik lainnya, penggunaan dalam jangka panjang
dapat menyebabkan pertumbuhan yang berlebihan dari organisme
yang tidak peka termasuk fungi.
ATURAN PAKAI :
Oleskan pada bagian yang sakit, 2 - 3 kali sehari.

COMPOSITION:

ACTIONS:
Betamethasone valerate is an active topical corticosteroid which
is have anti-inflammation, anti-pruritic and vasoconstiction
which produces a rapid response in those inflammatory dermatoses.
Neomycin sulphate is a broad-spectrum, bactericidal antibiotic
effective against the majority of bacteria commonly associated
with skin infections.
INDICATIONS:
Treatment of dermatitis where secondary bacterial infection
is present, suspected or likely to occur: Eczema in children
and adults including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and neurodermatoses.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Hypersensitivity to the components of this drug
- Rosacea, acne vulgaris and perioral dermatitis
- Primary cutaneous viral infections (eg, herpes simplex, vaccinia,
varicella)
- Skin tuberculosis
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
- Long-term continuous topical therapy should be avoided where
possible, particularly in infants and children, as adrenal suppression
can occur even without occlusion.
- If applied to the eyelids, care is needed to ensure that the
preparation does not enter the eye
- Stop the application if irritation occurs.
- Drug administration during pregnancy must take into consideration
the risks and benefits for the foetus.
- Prolonged use may cause super-infection due to un-sensitive
microorganism including fungi.
ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Dry skin, irritation, pruritus, local atrophic changes in the
skin, hypercorticism, pigmentation change, erythema, burning
sensation, contact allergic dermatitis, telangiectasis.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Applied a small quantity is applied lightly to the affected
area 2 or 3 times a day and massaged gently and thoroughly into
the skin
